Stability.Coaching is a product of Careers in Ghana Ltd. Stability Coaching provides a rare and valuable opportunity for leaders to gain fresh insights and experiment with new ways of thinking and acting that will take them to the next level of performance.

We believe Coaching is a metaphor, meant to describe a guided journey from where you are to where you want to go. We serve my clients by helping them find their destination, and then forge a path from here to there.

Client engagements typically run between three to twelve months, depending on the circumstances, destination, and distance between. We continue to serve some clients well beyond six months, as we work together on their paths or create others.

These sessions can be in person, whether it be at my office or yours, or if you reside outside of Accra, by telephone or Zoom. A debrief from each session will be made available to you, including recommended reading, tactics, homework, and observations. We are also available to clients between sessions for urgent and important matters.
